Raw material deliver to factory and put it to outdoor area for temporary keeping.

i. Cutting raw material to be door-core material and shave it. ii. Photo shows a two-side plane shave door-core.

i. Shave the wood material to door-core size within ± 0.5mm allowance. Ensure plane & smooth without wave. Photo shows door-core is shaved by two-side plane

i. Shave the right angle to door-core & door jamb by four-side plane within ± 1.0mm allowance. ii. Photo shows door-core is shaved by four-side plane

Kiln-dry the shaved door-core (we have 5 nos. Kiln around 800 square foot)

Moisture content meter connect to wood material for test 10 - 20 days at Kiln due to moisture content lower than 12% - 14% and then stop kiln-dry for reversion.

Inspect the wood moisture content. The moisture content requirement must be lower than 11% - 15%. One week is required for reversion after test.

Passed door-core keeps in warehouse and check the moisture content not over 13% - 17% before fabrication.
